Your science is your business. We keep it that way.
The Short Version
Your qPCR data never leaves your browser. We can't see it, we don't store it, we don't want it. That's by design.
Data Processing
All qPCR analysis — file parsing, ΔΔCt computation, graph generation, and QC diagnostics — runs entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your uploaded spreadsheet files are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
What We Store
When you create an account, we store: your email address and authentication credentials, your subscription tier and billing information (managed by Stripe), your saved analysis templates (configuration settings only — not your data), and your usage counts (number of analyses performed). When you submit a format request or feedback, we store your email address, your message content, and any files you voluntarily upload for format support requests.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-respecting, open-source analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not share data with third parties. We do NOT use Google Analytics. We track aggregate usage patterns (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not track individual user behavior or create user profiles.
Third-Party Services
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any other parties.
